Mozzarella Meatballs

Mhmmm, more balls(pun intended) for your palate, cheesy succulent beef melting in your mouth as you bite into its moist, tender okay I can’t take it anymore I have to show you guys how to make it ;).

ngredients;

Meatballs;
600g of extra lean mince beef
400g of extra lean ‘stir fry’ beef strips
200g of low fat mozzarella torn into small chunks
100g of brown bread crumbs
2 large free range eggs
2 red onions, very finely chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
Handful of flat leaf parsley
2 table spoons of Italian herb seasoning
Cracked black pepper and sea salt

Sauce;
2 onions finely chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
4 tins of 400g chopped tomatoes
250ml of red cooking wine
200ml of water
2 table spoons of splenda
1 calorie spray olive oil
